6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to our evaluation of usage and circumstances. Live webinar access fees are generally non-refundable once the session has commenced.
6.3 Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period.
7. Content Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform and content, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Webinars may be rescheduled or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pilashen. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We do not warrant that:
